After reading online about some tips to make this work better, i spent the money and tried again. Still sucks, still does a better job of interrupting your network access instead of keeping you connected, and you still have to work at this thing to get online to begin with. You are really better off without it until they can make it more seem less, and make it do a much better job of keeping you connected, or add options to allow the user to tailor the app behavior better, saying open wifi when its not, etc
